How to read a flower profile

A useful profile separates documented facts from subjective description. Start with the current pack, format and batch information. Read genetics, aroma and flavour as descriptors—not promises of a particular response.

GeneticsThe recorded lineage or blend. It helps organise a product but does not predict an identical experience for every person.
CannabinoidsBatch-specific composition. Current verified documentation takes priority over generic range claims.
TerpenesAromatic compounds described through notes such as citrus, earth, floral or spice.
FormatFlower, pre-roll, vape or infused beverage changes how the product information should be understood.

Formats are not interchangeable

Flower, pre-rolls, vapes and infused beverages have different pack instructions and timing considerations. Never transfer guidance from one format to another. Read the current label and ask the concierge when information is unclear.

Start with the current pack.Follow format-specific information, avoid casual combinations and never rely on an unsupported online claim.

Responsible access · 03

Safe storage is essential

Keep every product sealed, cool, dry and away from direct sunlight. Store all adult products out of sight and reach of children and animals. Never move an infused product into an unlabelled container.

Verification has distinct stages

Adult confirmation and website intake are first steps. Patient-verification support, medical-practitioner involvement and any applicable SAHPRA Section 21 application are separate. Dr. Franco does not prescribe, issue SAHPRA approval or approve Section 21 applications.

Where Section 21 applies, the treating medical practitioner submits the application. Sensitive documents must only move through an approved POPIA-aligned process, never an ordinary WhatsApp message.
