The access pathway

    Adult-status confirmation

    Confirm that you are 18 or older before entering product areas or starting an access request.

  2. 02

    Website intake

    Provide basic contact information and consent. Website intake is not a prescription and not SAHPRA approval.

  3. 03

    Patient-verification support

    The concierge explains the appropriate secure process and the minimum information that may be required. Sensitive records must not be sent in an ordinary WhatsApp message.

  4. 04

    Medical-practitioner involvement

    A treating medical practitioner determines the clinical pathway. Dr. Franco does not prescribe or replace a practitioner.

  5. 05

    SAHPRA Section 21 application

    Where Section 21 applies, the treating medical practitioner submits the application to SAHPRA. Dr. Franco does not approve Section 21 applications.

  6. 06

    Final fulfilment

    After the applicable access requirements are satisfied, availability, current batch information, pickup or eligible courier and approved payment are confirmed.
