1. Information we may collect

Basic contact information, adult-verification status, fulfilment details, Reserve information and support correspondence may be processed where required. Identity documents, diagnoses and medical records are sensitive and must only be collected through an approved secure process.

2. Defined purposes

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, support verification, confirm availability, provide current batch information, arrange fulfilment, process approved payments, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

3. Data minimisation

Only information reasonably required for a defined purpose should be collected. This website does not provide identity-document or medical-record upload fields.

4. WhatsApp limits

Ordinary WhatsApp messages must not be used to request unsolicited identity-document images, diagnoses or medical records. Where sensitive supporting information is required, secure POPIA-aligned guidance must be provided.

5. Sharing

Information may be shared with authorised providers involved in hosting, verification, payments, eligible courier fulfilment and support, subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw optional Reserve Dispatches consent or raise a privacy concern through the Reserve Concierge.

7. Security and retention

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards should be applied. Information should be retained only for as long as required for the defined purpose, legal obligations or dispute handling.
