2. Confirm on WhatsApp

Send the selected products, quantities and your preference for Jabavu pickup or eligible R150 courier delivery. Request availability confirmation and secure verification guidance where required. Do not send ID images, diagnoses or medical records in the message.

3. Verification and batch information

Any applicable adult or patient-verification requirement is explained through the approved process. Current batch information is confirmed during verification and fulfilment.

4. Pickup or eligible courier

For pickup, the concierge confirms the Jabavu collection details before handover. Adults outside Johannesburg can ask whether their South African destination is eligible for R150 courier fulfilment. Coverage, timing and recipient requirements are confirmed before payment.

5. Approved payment

Payment takes place only after availability, verification and fulfilment are confirmed. Verify any EFT instruction, card link or payment-gateway request with the Reserve Concierge before paying. Use only the approved process, including a confirmed Yoco payment link where provided.

6. Final fulfilment

The order is released for confirmed pickup or eligible courier fulfilment. Products must not be left with children, and any adult recipient requirement will be explained in advance.
