Website, Reserve & Fulfilment Terms

1. Adult access

You must be 18 or older to use adult product areas. Patient verification and additional access checks may be required. Website intake is not a prescription or SAHPRA approval; where Section 21 applies, the treating medical practitioner submits the application.

2. Product information

Website content is factual product and responsible-access information. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, guarantee of outcome or substitute for guidance from an appropriately qualified practitioner. Current packaging and confirmed batch information take precedence over general descriptions.

3. Reserve requests

Adding a product to the Reserve is not final confirmation. Availability, applicable verification, current batch information, the fulfilment option and approved payment steps must be confirmed first.

4. Pricing and payment

Every active product is priced at R100 per unit or item. Eligible courier delivery adds R150 once coverage and fulfilment are confirmed. Do not pay from unsolicited EFT instructions, card links or gateway requests. Use only the approved process, including a confirmed Yoco link where provided.

5. Responsible conduct

Do not submit false verification information, attempt unauthorised access, purchase for an ineligible person or send unsolicited sensitive health or identity information through ordinary WhatsApp messages.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted, liability is limited to direct loss reasonably connected to the service.
